McCaul Town Hall Details
It's only business, Rep. McCaul, but you should face your constituents
(We’re sending the weekly update a little early this week … we wanted you to have this info ASAP!)
According to his office, GOP U.S. Rep. Mike McCaul has no plans to hold a Town Hall meeting during the congressional recess that begins this weekend. He has been hiding from his constituents and failing to denounce the damage Trump is inflicting at home and abroad.
So we’re calling him out for it. Here’s the invitation to our Where’s McCaul? Town Hall on Saturday, April 26 at 10 a.m. — we hope you’ll join us and bring your friends:
Key Details:
Date: Saturday, April 26
Time: 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Where: 6909 West Courtyard Drive, Austin, 78730
(location shared with Shepherd of the Hills Christian Church)
If you know anyone who lives in McCaul's District 10, we urge you to share this invitation with them, as we want as many of his constituents as possible to attend and make their voices heard. Here's a map of his ridiculously gerrymandered district, which includes areas such as Steiner Ranch, Lakeway, Bastrop, and parts of River Place, Bee Cave, and Bell Mountain.
You might have heard about another town hall focused on McCaul set for April 19th in Pflugerville. (Details in our Calendar Highlights below.) We've been coordinating with those good folks and have decided that two town halls — each in different areas of D-10 during the same congressional recess — will send a powerful message to the cowardly congressman.
If you have questions or want to volunteer for this event, please email [email protected].
Thanks so much for helping us spread the word! We hope to see you (and a really big crowd of District 10 voters) next Saturday the 26th!

4/23 Protest Rally at Senator Cornyn's Office (11 AM-12:30 PM) Bring signs, loud voices, and recruit others to join you!

4/26 Cocktails and Community (5-8 PM) Here we go again, and the sequel is even worse. But women will be the ones to answer the call and lead the change! Join us to learn about what you CAN do that WORKS — while of course drinking craft cocktails hearing from rockstar Charlotte Clymer … and more! Winning elections does require resources, so this is a fundraiser, but we kept the entry as low as possible at $25 to at least cover a cocktail in Austin. 🍹
