Are you ready to take local action against the Trump regime?

Then come join your friends and neighbors at our meeting tomorrow night!

WHERE TO PARK:

1. Please park in the school’s spaces along Evans Ave. & 50th Street.

2. If those are full, try the curb closest to Griffin on 50th Street and Martin Ave. in back of the school.

3. Overflow parking is at Ridgetop Baptist at 51st & Eilers, just a block and a half away.

4. If you’re parking on the street, please be considerate and don’t block neighbors’ driveways!

ONCE YOU’VE PARKED:

When you arrive, grab a nametag and meet us in the Big Room.

What to bring: Please bring a Sharpie if you have one handy - we will use it in our large group activity. We will also have some 1/2 sized poster board for sign making plus lots of markers and ideas - but bring anything else you might need for your No Kings Rally sign.

In last Friday’s update email, we mentioned our ongoing project to unite Austin’s creative community for the June 14 NO KINGS Rally.

Except we said that the rally was on July 14 — Bastille Day 🇫🇷.

Hmmm, why do you think our brains would associate our current political situation with the French effort to overthrow an abusive and out-of-control monarch? So weird.
